2. Furniture

Our technician will carefully move any lighter items of furniture such as tables and chairs as he cleans and will replace them on protectors to protect your carpet.

Please move any smaller items and breakables.

3. Pre Test

Our technician will test any your fabrics for colour fastness, fabric composition and pile distortion to establish the safest and best method and products needed to produce optimum results.

4. Pre Spray

Our technician will pre-spray the heavy use areas of your carpets or upholstery with a specialist pre-spray solution to loosen and lift the dirt and allergens.

We use various different treatments depending on the circumstances that are safe and effective to use on your fabrics.

5. Agitation

Your carpets and upholstery will be agitated to enhance the effectiveness of the pre-treatment.

6. Hot Water Extraction

Our technician will extract and rinse the dirt and stains from your carpets and upholstery with our latest top of the range extraction machinery leaving your fabrics hygienically clean and dry enough to walk on immediately.

Our methods and professional cleaning products will not leave a sticky residue in your carpets and upholstery keeping them cleaner for longer.

7. Deodorising with Anti Bacterial Solution

We will rinse your fabrics with our specialist solution to leave them safe and hygienically clean, helping with allergies due to hidden dust mites and fungal mould.

8. Stain Treatment

We have the full range of specialist stain treatment products depending on the specific problem such as oil, grease, red wine, coffee, tea, ink, urine, sick, watermarks, make-up, blood and food stains.

We are very successful at removing stains but some stains will be permanent.

9. Dry

Whilst we pride ourselves in not to leaving your carpets too damp, (usually dry in around 2 hours), we have portable fan blowers which can be used to help reduce drying time on some fabrics if required.
